The month starts on the 1st and finishes on the last day of the month. Does
not include semi private class.

NEW Class Starting at Tylers Green Village Hall Semi Private Beginners Pilate Class 9.30am-10.30am
This class is limited to 6 people per class, so that you can achieve the understanding of Pilates and get the most from the class with out paying personal
training fees. This class will teach you how to feel and learn all the Pilates principles so that you achieve good core stability, helps to strengthen your back,
better posture and length in the spine, increase your flexibility and balance.
8 week term costs £80
Course fees are non-refundable, if unable to attend you able to make the class up at one of our other regular pilates classes during the course time or class is forfeited.

NEW PILATES WORKSHOPS
These workshops are designed to cover specific elements of pilates so that you can enhance you workouts. These sessions are a hour and half long. Maximum number of people per workshop is 4. So advanced booking is essential. Cost per workshop is £15.00 cheques payable to Innovative Fitness.
BREATHING
Covering all aspects of the pilates breathing patterns so you can facilitate the breath and be able to feel comfortable with the breathing pattern whilst exercising both the pilates method and other forms of exercise.
CORE CONTROL
Using breath and be able to facilitate the muscles of the core so that you have stability and strength throughout the core muscles so the exercises become more fluid and controlled. To increase support systems for your body so you are able to have more control within the body.

If you miss a class you can make the class up at another venue, please check availability before turning up as due to arrangements which I have made with various councils to use the parks to run these classes I have to be extremely strict and honour these numbers which I have agreed with them.
The pre booked classes run for four consecutive weeks. Pushy Mothers is an all weather workout.
